Children will be thrilled with our activities schedule and can partake in many activities including Waterzorbing, Falconry Flying & Bushgrubs Eating Challenges.

We have activities for the under 5’s too. Come prepared to be immersed into a World of Adventure. “My mission is simple: to encourage more and more families to get outdoors and experience all the life enhancing power that comes when we test ourselves in the wild.” – Bear Grylls

Bear Grylls Survival Race

We want to see all of our little ‘Bears’ challenging themselves at the BG Kids Race. Open to children aged 4-13, participants will make their way through the jungle, desert, mountains and arctic all in one course! In the 2015 BG Kids Race we saw over 1,000 participants make it out for day of fun and adventure. Our aim is to provide the same experience for the kids as the adults. All we do is scale everything down, so it's still epic just slightly smaller in size. The kids are the next generation of adventurers and survival experts and we hope we can be part of how their adventuring starts. Get the kids back outdoors and off their computers and mobile phones and challenge them to the BG Kids Race. The BG Kids Race obstacles are designed to challenge children but are not all compulsory to complete. The course consists of natural and purpose-built obstacles, with approximately:

  • 800m - 1km course for 4-7 y/o

  • 1.5 - 2km course for 8-10 y/o

  • 2.5 - 3km course for 11-13 y/o

Festival tickets are £15 per person and children under-12 get in for free. Remember – all BGSR and BG Kids Race tickets include entry to the BG Festival!
